Shipping & Returns Policies
Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. For shipments within Canada, delivery typically takes 4-10 days depending on your location, with shipping costs starting at $12, including tracking. Most parcels cost between $12 and $22 within Canada, depending on size, weight, and destination.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address, including apartment number or suite details if applicable. Any additional costs incurred for rejected or return packages, as well as re-shipping fees will be the customer’s responsibility.
We cannot guarantee delivery times for international orders. Customers are also responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes associated with international shipments.
Orders eligible for free shipping promotions will be sent using standard shipping methods, including tracking.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original condition with a valid receipt. Customers are responsible for ensuring the parcel is returned to us, including covering shipping costs, customs fees, duties, and taxes. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, and higher-value items may require additional insurance. Please email us at hello@shopmerge.ca to initiate the return process and receive instructions.
Once your return is received, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment. If the original method of payment is unavailable, a store credit will be provided. Please note that shipping fees and associated duties are non-refundable. Merge reserves the right to deny returns if items are not in their original condition.

These include perfumes, books, magazines, vintage clothing, swimsuits, lingerie, custom orders, earrings, sale items, and opened personal care products such as soap, hair and body oils, mists, creams, and candles.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges for online purchases. The fastest way to exchange an item is to place a new order for the desired item and return your original purchase for a refund, subject to our return policy. Sezzle
When an order is cancelled or refunded, your Sezzle payment plan will be updated automatically. You will receive an email from Sezzle detailing any changes to your payment schedule. Refunds will first be applied to cancel any outstanding payments, and any remaining balance will be returned to the original payment method used at checkout.
If you are owed a refund to your original payment method, the amount will typically appear in your account within 10 business days of receiving Sezzle’s refund confirmation email. For further details, please refer to Sezzle’s FAQ page.
