Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. For orders placed during collection launches or sales, please allow up to one week for your order to ship.
For shipments within Canada, delivery typically takes 4–10 days depending on your location, with shipping costs starting at $12, including tracking. Most parcels cost between $12 and $22 within Canada, depending on size, weight, and destination.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address, including apartment or suite details if applicable. Any additional costs incurred for rejected or returned packages, as well as re-shipping fees, will be the customer’s responsibility.
We cannot guarantee delivery times for international orders. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes associated with international shipments.
Orders eligible for free shipping promotions will be sent using standard shipping methods, including tracking.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original condition with a valid receipt. Customers are responsible for ensuring the parcel is returned to us, including covering shipping costs, customs fees, duties, and taxes. We recommend using a tracked shipping method; higher-value items may require additional insurance.
Once your return is received, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment. If the original method of payment is unavailable, a store credit will be provided. Please note that shipping fees and associated duties are non-refundable. If Merge is required to pay duties to receive the returned goods, those duties will be deducted from the refund amount.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges for online purchases. The fastest way to exchange an item is to place a new order for the desired item and return your original purchase for a refund, subject to our return policy.
Merge reserves the right to deny returns or exchanges if items are not in their original condition.
Exclusions for returns & exchanges: Perfumes, books, magazines, vintage clothing, reworked clothing, swimsuits, lingerie, intimate apparel, custom orders, jewelry, sale items, and personal care products such as soap, hair and body oils, mists, creams, and candles.
