Shipping & Returns Policies


​Orders are shipped within 2 business days. For orders within Canada, packages will take up to 4-10 days to arrive, depending where you are located. Shipping costs in Canada start at $12, which includes tracking. Our most common parcels sizes and weights cost up to $22 within Canada. Cost depends on weight and location.

The customer is responsible for entering the correct address. If you live in an apartment/suite, it is your responsibility to make sure it is well indicated. Any additional shipping costs incurred for rejected or returned to shipper packages will be the responsibility of the customer as well as the cost for re-shipping.

We do not guarantee on-time delivery for orders outside of Canada. International deliveries may be subject to customs, duty and/or taxes to be paid by customers.


In-store returns

For purchases made in-store, you have 14 days to return your item(s) to us in the original condition with a valid receipt. Refunds will be applied to the original method of payment. If the original method of payment isn’t available, a store credit will be issued.

Items purchased in-store and returned via shipping are not eligible for a refund and a store credit will be issued.

Online returns

For purchases made online, you have 14 days from the delivery date to qualify for a refund. Items must be in original condition with a valid receipt. In order to qualify for a refund or exchange, please contact us at for further instruction. Once we receive your parcel, we’ll issue a refund for your item(s) minus the cost of shipping and any associated duties. Refunds will be applied to the original method of payment. If the original method of payment isn’t available, a store credit will be issued.

The customers are responsible for the returned parcel(s) getting back to us, whether it has tracking or not as well as shipping fees, including customs, duty and/or taxes, for returning the goods. Higher ticket products may require additional insurance to qualify for a return.

Merge reserves the right to deny a return if it’s determined that the item(s) are not in the original condition.


The following items are considered final sale and do not qualify for a return or exchange: Perfumes, books, magazines, vintage clothing, swimsuits,lingerie, custom orders, earrings, sale items, and open personal care items including but not limited to soaps, hair & body oils, mists, creams, candles, and more.


At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges online. The quickest way to exchange your item is to place a new order right away, and return your original purchase for a refund (all return policy applies).

Items to be exchanged must be in original, re-sellable condition with all tags.

The following products are not eligible for exchange
perfumes, books, vintage clothing, magazines, lingerie, swimsuits, earrings, discounted items, custom orders, and open personal care products such as, but not limited to; soaps, candles, hair & body oils, mists or creams.


We do our best to describe fit and sizes in the product descriptions. It is the customer's responsibility to read the details and email us if they want more details about fitting. 

Sezzel Refund Policy

When your order is canceled or refunded, your payment plan will be updated automatically, and you will be sent an email from Sezzel, detailing exactly what’s changed.

Anything refunded to you will cancel outstanding payments first, and then whatever is left over will be sent back to the payment method you used to place your order initially. 

If you are due any money back to your original payment method, the refunded amount will appear on your account within ten business days after receiving the refund email from Sezzle. Please see Sezzel’s FAQ page for more information.
