When running a promotion, are all brands and products included?

No, some brands are excluded from promotions—this includes but is not limited to our fern fins, Olann x Merge knitwear, Cristina Gareau's prints, ceramics, and items already on sales.

How do I know if a product will be restocked? Most of our goods are locally handmade in small batches which makes each of them truly unique. It’s always best to not wait too long if you’re interested in a product. You can email us at hello@shopmerge.ca or send us a message on Instagram to inquire about the availability and restock of a specific item. We’ll be happy to help you. You can also sign up to be automatically notified when the items are back in stock under the product description. 

How will I know if my order has been shipped? First you’ll receive an order confirmation email. Then, once we’ve packed and shipped your order (usually within 24-72 hours) you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking so you can follow your package’s journey.

I live outside of Canada—will there be duties and foreign taxes at checkout? When ordering to a destination outside of Canada, you may be required to pay duties and foreign taxes in addition to your shipping fee. These additional fees are not covered at checkout and are not the responsibility of Merge. Shipping and foreign duties are non-refundable, and we are unable to issue a refund or store credit if your package is denied.

I made an online order, will there be a receipt inside my package? No, we don’t include paper invoices in our packages as we aim to do our best to help Mother Nature. The only proof of purchase you’ll receive is the email confirmation with your order number.

I’d like to pick up my online order in-store. What is the best time to do so? You are welcome to come by at any time during our store’s hours—we’re open every day from 10-5.
