Full-priced items may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date for 110% store credit, a refund, or an exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, with tags attached (if applicable) and proof of purchase. Merge reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet these requirements.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the parcel is safely returned to us, including return shipping costs, customs fees, duties, and taxes. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, and insuring higher-value items.

To initiate a return or receive 110% store credit, please email hello@shopmerge.ca for instructions or submit a return request through your customer account.

Once your return is received and approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment. If the original payment method is unavailable, a store credit will be issued. If you choose store credit, 110% of the item value will be added to your customer account.

Please note that shipping charges and duties are non-refundable. If Merge is required to pay duties to receive the returned parcel, those charges will be deducted from the refund amount.


EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges for online purchases. The fastest way to exchange an item is to place a new order for the desired item and return your original purchase for a refund, in accordance with our return policy.

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Perfumes
  • Books and magazines
  • Vintage or reworked clothing
  • Swimsuits, lingerie & intimate apparel
  • Earrings
  • Personal care products such as soap, hair oils, body oils, mists, creams, and candles.
