Orders are shipped from our storefront located in Tofino, BC.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days.

For shipments within Canada, delivery generally takes 4–10 business days, depending on your location. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address, including apartment or unit numbers where applicable. Any additional costs resulting from incorrect addresses, rejected deliveries, returned parcels, or re-shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

For international orders, delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Merge is not responsible for tariffs, duties, taxes, or import fees that may be applied by customs. If applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Orders that qualify for free shipping promotions will be shipped using standard shipping services with tracking.
